My journey began when I joined the Military at 16, serving for eight years. It was there I discovered a love for running and pushing myself through physical and mental challenges, experiences that shaped both the person and coach I am today.
After leaving the Army in 2018, running became much more than a hobby. It helped me overcome a 10-year addiction, giving me purpose, structure and discipline. What started as a way to stay on track soon became a passion that completely changed my life.
Since then, I’ve completed multiple ultramarathons, marathons also while racing 5Ks & 10Ks. Those experiences allow me to coach from first-hand knowledge, understanding the commitment, setbacks and consistency needed to achieve big goals.
In 2024, I co-founded 147 Functional Fitness, coaching large group sessions before becoming a qualified UK Athletics Running Coach to specialise in helping runners.
Today, I coach runners of all abilities, from complete beginners training for their first 5K to experienced athletes preparing for marathons and ultramarathons. Every plan is built around your lifestyle, your goals and the support needed to keep you progressing.
Whether your goal is your first 5K, a marathon PB or your first ultramarathon, I’ll be with you every step of the way.
You don’t need to train seven days a week or be the fastest runner in your area. You need a plan that fits around your life, keeps you injury-free, and helps you improve week after week.
My coaching is built around smart training, honest feedback and accountability, giving you the confidence to enjoy your running while becoming the best runner you can be.
